From the moment EVANAIR collected the units, the process was seamless. Each blower underwent a thorough initial assessment and, as with all of our repairs, a photo report was provided to the customer, allowing for clear client communication and transparent decision making. As is normally the case on our blower repairs, the rotors were dynamically balanced, ensuring optimal performance and minimal vibration. Our experienced technicians carried out the precision re-assembly, carefully setting the timing and internal clearances to exact OEM specifications and tolerances. Both units were finished with a neat, high-quality paint job before being securely returned to site.
